Station Management

Register your Station to gain access to complete a Station Agreement, manage Station
information and purchase NYVIP2 equipment.
- • Your user name is the same as your facility number.
- • Create a password.
- • Your newly created account will allow you access to execute a participation agreement.
Complete NYVIP2 Station Agreement online to become eligible to purchase equipment
for your Station.

- • The station agreement is the contract between your station and Systech International,
LLC.
- • Your electronic signature (acceptance) will execute the contract.
- • Choose your connection type of internet (broadband) or dial-up. It is highly
recommended to use internet (broadband) over dial-up. (If you elect to use a dial-up
connection, per DMV regulations, it must be a dedicated line connected to your analyzer at all
times. Dial-up is no longer toll free. Software updates using dial-up connections will take
longer).
- • Here you will complete the ACH form. You will need your bank checking and routing
numbers. This is needed to purchase your pre-paid test authorization.
You will have two options to choose from. Order New Equipment or Asset Transfer (Used equipment from another station)
Option 1. Ordering new NYVIP2 equipment
Order NYVIP2 equipment online from a list of NYVIP2 products. New wireless options
and cabinets are now available.
- • We have put together four of the most popular NYVIP2 equipment packages for ease
of ordering with prices and finance option. Simply choose which package is best
for you.
- • Purchase or lease to own, you have the option.
- • Your equipment will be delivered by UPS with setup instructions. Operating software
will be preinstalled and peripherals will be plug-and play. A dedicated help desk
will be available to assist users by phone.
Option 2. Asset Transfer (Used equipment from another station)
When should you request an Asset Transfer?
- • If you have purchased used NYVIP2 equipment from another station.
- • If DMV has issued a new Facility Number due to a name change or any other reason.
